Simon Cowell refuses to ban escort from X Factor

X Factor boss Simon Cowell has confirmed that he has no problem with call girls trying to get on the show. Simon spoke out after allegations claiming that a sexy contestant on the show works as an escort girl.

X Factor hopeful Chloe Mafia, 20, auditioned in Manchester this year and got through to boot camp. But viewers have not yet seen her performance on the show, only on a trailer promoting the X Factor show. At the weekend it was claimed she secretly worked as a £160-a-night escort girl in Manchester - an allegation she denies.

Simon Cowell will allow her to compete on The X Factor, whether it is confirmed that she works as a call girl or not. The X Factor judge said people from any walk of life should be given a chance to win the show.

Miss Mafia, who is just 20 and has a 19 month old daughter, was exposed in a newspaper sting as selling adult services under the name 'Candy' on an escort website.

Insiders said Miss Mafia made it at least to the second stage of the competition. We'll have to watch this season of the show to see if she can make it to the end and become a pop star. Otherwise, there are plenty of men in the Manchester area who will be happy to date a sexy X factor contestant with a good voice.
